At The Waldon Group, we understand that no two individuals are the same—and no single care plan fits all. That’s why we use a person-centered planning approach, guided by the Ohio Individual Service Plan (ISP), to ensure every detail of care reflects each person’s unique goals, preferences, and needs. Daily services may include meal preparation, personal hygiene support, light housekeeping, and supervision, but we go beyond the basics by truly getting to know each client. Together, we create an individualized plan that empowers independence, promotes dignity, and supports a fulfilling quality of life.
